Fantastic experience at this salon. The team was lovely, very professional, and truly attentive. The stylist took a lot of time to fix a botched haircut and did everything she could to improve the situation. I was seen the same day, which was much appreciated, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. You can feel their genuine dedication and desire to do a good job. A big thank you to the team for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

I came in as an emergency to fix a haircut that my previous hairdresser had botched at another salon. The team gave me a fantastic welcome, took my mind off things, and did a superb job fixing my hair to save my cut! I'm so grateful.

Appointment booked for my 15-year-old daughter. A balayage treatment was booked for €107, which is already quite an expense. The hairdresser immediately offered my daughter a gloss for €25 plus a €12 treatment. Without mentioning it to an adult (my mother had dropped my daughter off and had actually stayed for a while), obviously at 15 she didn't know these treatments were charged extra. Kudos to the "super hairdresser," or rather, the salesperson! I'm not sure these techniques will work for customer loyalty in the long run. First and last time at this salon. And I'll be sure to spread the word!

Very disappointed. I asked for a blow-dry for a wedding and left with an everyday hairstyle. What's more, the hairdresser burned my forehead with the hairdryer. They've lost a customer; you expect better from a Max's salon.

Unacceptable! I went for a haircut without a blow-dry, and they charged me for a blow-dry I didn't get. My hair wasn't even cut straight, and they charged me for a treatment I didn't even ask for. I paid €53 instead of €25. The incompetence is obvious. I'll never go back!

I came in early March for an ash blonde balayage with cool, not golden, highlights (see photo). As is so often the case, I was made to understand that they couldn't do what I asked for. Whether it was balayage, ombré, or a cut, it was always impossible (too ambitious?). The result: 150 euros to leave with yellow highlights, poorly distributed, some frankly a disaster (see photo), despite a toner supposedly meant to fix everything. Three weeks of hoping for a change (because I was told it would "blend"). Spoiler alert: it didn't "blend." Frustrated, I bought a toner myself at a professional salon… and finally got the cool tone I wanted. No diploma, no master's degree in hairdressing, just good intentions. Bonus: as soon as I paid, they interrupted me while I was answering a question: "Have a good day because I have to go eat." Classy. If you don't have time, avoid the pretense of politeness. After 10 years of loyalty, it was one time too many. It's over for me.

This salon is perfect!! I've been coming here for a few years now, thanks to Covid. My haircut is always perfect. My hairdresser is amazing. The team is very kind and super friendly. I always receive a warm welcome. A special thank you to Celia and Allan, who are incredibly kind and a great example for many other salons.
