Thankfully, it wasn't my first time there, as the manager's welcome is usually very friendly. But on Monday, July 13th, at the end of the day, it felt like we weren't in Italy, but at the North Pole! A frosty welcome from a young woman...it was definitely off-putting! A little smile is free and completely changes the customer experience...
