I'm frankly very disappointed, because the price displayed for a slice of pizza was €2.90 and I paid €4. I pointed this out to the person who served me, and she just gave me an excuse without making any effort to improve the situation. I find this very disappointing because the displayed price is not the price I paid; it's truly shameful. Especially since the pizza wasn't even reheated, and they didn't even offer to do so.

Very welcoming staff from the moment they arrived, a real pleasure. Excellent value for money for the pastries.

This bakery should be closed down. They sell sandwiches that are practically empty, and it's expensive for a baguette that's split in half. No wonder you have no customers. The worst part is that even with no customers, the employees seem eager to see us leave, judging by the way they treat us.

Simply shameful, a pure and simple rip-off. Even the "eco+" sandwiches have more fillings; it's extremely serious.

The service was disastrous... I've had to leave twice recently because no one was there to help me. There were two of us waiting in vain... we felt like we were bothering them. No smiles. They rudely directed us to pay at another register. The wholemeal bread is very sour... probably to make "sourdough bread," I couldn't eat it. They don't always have sliced ​​bread... a shame, and the same goes for the Nordic bread. I usually shop at Grand Frais, but now I walk 200 meters to the other Marie Blachère store... a great selection, friendly service, smiles, and they hurry to serve you even when it's busy.

I liked the quality of the products and the cleanliness. I didn't appreciate the lack of friendliness and the wasps that were on the pastries.

I bought a fruit tart this Wednesday. While it was being packaged, I overheard a discreet exchange between the saleswoman and another woman, presumably the manager. I paid for my purchase, and when I got to my car and opened the package, I found the tart was broken in two... which can happen, of course... I went back to the bakery to point it out and suggest they inform the customer beforehand instead of hiding it; a small gesture of goodwill might have been appropriate... I kept the tart anyway, as it was very good.

We came in for sandwiches at lunchtime. We went to the left-hand checkout on the sandwich side; there was no one at the other register and two people ahead of us. Then other people arrived at the other register and we were ignored. We (thanks to him)... There's either an organizational problem at the registers or a staffing issue. In any case, there's a lack of respect.

This is a bakery I often visit, drawn by a ranking I saw that highlighted the excellence of their flours. My only complaint concerns their whole wheat bread, which, in my opinion, very often has an excessively bitter taste. Their "3+1 free" offer is a real plus.
