Sun Burger

I order regularly, but this time I was disappointed, even disgusted. My son found a small plastic lid from a sauce container in his kebab. I tried to file a complaint on Uber Eats, but I couldn't send the photo. Never again.

To begin with, first and last time. Our order of three dishes was taken at the counter, so we waited there while it was prepared. After 20-30 minutes, a staff member came back to check our order and rewrote it on a piece of paper. He seemed quite confused, of course. We were then served after 45 minutes (fast food, I should point out), only to receive one dish that was correct. The other two dishes clearly didn't correspond to what we had originally ordered, and we didn't even get our drinks. The same staff member asked us if we had ordered ground beef before we left, which wasn't the case at all; it was simply a taco and a wrap, but apparently too complicated to remember when ordering (it was taken twice). We are clearly disappointed. There's a serious lack of organization and, above all, competence among the staff, which is completely unacceptable in a fast-food restaurant! Finally, as stated at the beginning for the first and last time, I clearly advise against this place!!

A sachet of sauce was found inside a sealed wrap, and the person in charge didn't even know how to respond except to remove it from the sandwich and eat the absurd thing.

The atmosphere was great, we had a good laugh with the waiter. However, we waited 50 minutes for frozen fries that were still frozen. The servers seemed overwhelmed, though; we had to go help them serve orders to get served. The wait was long, we had plenty of time to sober up 👎🏼

Appalling. Orders were switched and given to other customers, a 30-minute wait, and they gave me the wrong drink right in front of me (couldn't tell the difference between a Lipton and an Oasis)... the person with me paid and didn't get their meal. I understand that busy times can be difficult, but there's clearly an organizational problem here. I strongly advise against going there.

Arrived with a nice little group, waited a long time, only to end up with two disgusting tacos and a sauce that was truly awful, whether it was the Savoyard or the Indian. I ordered fries with burger sauce, but ended up sharing fries with someone else in my group, and without my burger sauce. There were no napkins, but I guess that's understandable, it happens.

Can I have a free taco?

I'm a regular customer, and the problem is always the same: the wait is unbearable. Every time, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to be served, whether it's busy or not. Just yesterday, I was literally the only customer. I ordered two tacos, there were two of them in the kitchen… and it still took 15 minutes to get them out. That alone makes no sense. But the worst part is that the tacos were ready, and they left them sitting on the side for eight minutes. During that time, there was no one at the counter, they were dragging their feet, there was no organization… We waited for nothing, and in the end, we got something that had gone cold. That's the most annoying thing: even when there's no one there, it's slow, and on top of that, orders aren't even given to you when they're ready. It's a real shame because the food is decent, but with this kind of organization, it definitely doesn't make you want to come back.

Really well-made tacos, much better than O Tacos, packed with delicious stuff

It's really not what it used to be, unfortunately, plus I had indigestion yesterday.

I don't recommend it if you want to watch a match; the cook spoils all the action, it's really annoying.

Very disappointed, this was a kebab that wasn't really a kebab. I don't know what kind of meat it was, but it wasn't a kebab. There was no sauce, and the fries were either burnt or barely cooked. As a result, my partner was sick all night!

Impeccable quality for the price

Very good, I recommend it; the quality and taste are excellent.

It used to be good, now it's almost inedible: undercooked fries, stale bread, meat with a questionable taste. It's ridiculous, they need to review their hygiene...
