O'Tacos Amiens

What a disappointment. I'm used to independent restaurants, and this is a joke. A ridiculously tiny medium taco. Barely half the size of the smallest tacos you find in independent restaurants (like the one in Péronne), and for a higher price to boot. Clearly, franchising comes at a price... and it's the customer who suffers. Avoid this place.

This is completely unacceptable! I ordered chicken and ended up with a cordon bleu. To make matters worse, it had ketchup inside when I ordered cheese sauce. My mother is allergic, and this kind of mistake can have very serious consequences. Check your orders before sending them out. There are other fast-food restaurants in Amiens that are cheaper, don't make mistakes with orders, and respect their customers. I will never come back to your establishment.

Rue Gresset, TERRIBLE. No cheese sauce or extra sauce, no fries, bacon in the bowl (which I didn't order). In short, the order was completely mishandled. Completely unprofessional.

Outrageous! The cook was appalling; he refused to remake a taco after using the wrong meat and size. It was supposed to be a two-meat taco, but it ended up with only one meat, and it wasn't even the right kind. He refused to give me extra money because I'd already eaten it. It's shameful! I've never seen anything like it.

Terrible! You need to know how to read an order; we'd like to eat what we pay for. Disappointing.

I didn't get the taco I ordered! After eating three bites, I realized it wasn't what I ordered at all. I informed the staff of the mistake, and they listened politely, but the very unpleasant cook yelled at me for eating the wrong taco. How was he supposed to know what was inside if I didn't taste it? This same cook refused to remake my taco and wouldn't let me finish the one I'd already started. So I ended up watching my friends eat and only received a can of Coke as compensation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's absolutely unacceptable for this cook to refuse to remake my taco after I'd paid for it!

Forgot the 6 cheese rings in my order

Yesterday I ordered two tacos, a medium and a large, to go. I asked for a cordon bleu with mayonnaise and received a taco with curry sauce. Then I ordered another cordon bleu with ground beef and received nuggets, only one type of meat, and a spicy sauce. Unfortunately, I only noticed this when I got home and after taking a bite, so I was very disappointed with my experience.

I'm not usually disappointed, but this taco is burnt, no effort at all. Keep an eye on the cooking time!
