During my visit to O Pas Sage, the woman who was serving, who was not wearing the establishment's uniform, was unfortunately neither smiling nor particularly friendly. I respectfully request that you remind her of the importance of a warm and courteous welcome, in order to maintain the quality of service and the good reputation of your establishment. Iced tea and a 33cl draft beer for €11... Why not, it's a sunny Saturday afternoon... Second round: We can't serve you because of a power outage and it's impossible to take payment. The customer has to wait instead of making arrangements to join the few remaining tables to pay once the power is back on. Or you can pay in cash... Okay, a diabolo and a 25cl draft beer. Impossible, we only serve 33cl! A fine example of unscrupulous business practices and high-pressure sales tactics. Indeed, a rather unsavory establishment... There are much more customer-focused places just a few steps away that I won't bother going back to.

We came with three friends to enjoy the terrace and have a good time, which would have been the case if we hadn't encountered a completely unpleasant waitress. She took our order, and two of my friends ordered glasses of white wine (both of legal age). We then saw her near the entrance, next to security, staring intently at my friend next to me in a rather impolite manner. She came back with our drinks and asked for my friend's ID, which I can understand if there's any doubt, but I think there are ways to ask for things. She asked in a very haughty way and without a smile (which, incidentally, was conspicuously absent all evening). My friend showed her his ID, and she noticed he was indeed of legal age and offered a half-hearted apology. Another, much more pleasant and welcoming waitress brought us our platters and pizza. The other waitress from the beginning came to ask us to pay. My friends wanted to pay in cash and I wanted to pay by card. We could tell she wasn't happy about it; in fact, she sighed. So, we told her that the charcuterie board and the portion of fries would be split, and the same for the pizza. She replied that in that case, she would take the drinks first. I paid by card, my friends gave her the cash, and she left without a word. She came back two minutes later, gave my friends their change, and asked us to pay for the rest, to which I repeated that we would like to split the bill. This charming waitress took the liberty of sighing again, explaining that "it's too complicated if we split it and pay in cash; I have to take the drinks first." I replied that I didn't see the problem since the drinks had already been paid for, and that all we had to do was split the pizza in half, and the charcuterie board and the portion of fries in half as well. To which she replied, and I quote, "Nah, just forget it, you don't understand." Excuse me, I didn't know you needed a master's degree to divide €18 in half. She took our payment and we didn't have to deal with her again, but I sincerely feel sorry for the table next to us who had to endure the same treatment. I came two weeks ago and had no problem paying or splitting the bill. I would have enjoyed my meal if we hadn't been served by someone so incredibly rude. I hope I don't encounter such an unpleasant waitress in the future, and I hope this young woman finally finds a job she enjoys because if she doesn't like what she does, we shouldn't have to pay the price. (Two days later the waitress apologized; we all have bad days, but that won't stop me from coming back :) )

I had a wonderful time at this bar! The atmosphere was warm and friendly, the staff very welcoming and professional. The drinks were excellent and the service impeccable. You feel right at home from the moment you arrive. A special thank you to the owner, who was incredibly kind and attentive to his customers. His hospitality, professionalism, and good humor greatly contribute to making this establishment an exceptional place. I highly recommend this bar to anyone looking for a great atmosphere and quality service. I will definitely be back.

Nice bar to enjoy with friends! I don't recommend the food as everything is rather dry… However, the staff are lovely!

Great place. The platter is definitely worth it: it's generous, varied, and perfect for 4 people.
