Le Kimbo

A very bad experience at Kimbo. We arrived around 5 pm, even though the establishment advertised closing time as 6 pm. However, upon arrival, the woman on duty very rudely informed us that she was closing in an hour, as if our presence was a problem. We understand that a workday can be tiring, but when a business is still open and serving customers, a minimum of courtesy and professionalism is expected. Her cold and unwelcoming attitude made us feel very uncomfortable. The customer service unfortunately leaves much to be desired. This is a shame, as a warm welcome is essential in this type of establishment. We left with a very bad impression and do not wish to repeat the experience.

Every time we go, we receive a very warm welcome, the food is excellent, the staff are very friendly, and the service is quite fast. The person who served us had a perpetual smile and a great sense of humor. It's always a pleasure to return; I highly recommend it.

The waitress was smiling and happy to see us again. The food and daily special were excellent value for money. A nice touch was that they brought us bread and water right away. Keep up the good work!

Hearty food, not hungry when we left. The small peppers with the salad were a nice discovery. The staff were kind and polite.
