Hello, I really enjoy your restaurant and order from you very often. Would it be possible for you to consider adding soy-based options to the menu? I'm thinking in particular of the yakitori skewers, which I love, but unfortunately, as a vegetarian, my options are limited. Thank you very much.

But recently, they've proven they know how to listen to their customers in the best possible way. 🌟 The comeback (and the VIP Sashimi): I recently gave it another go, and they contacted me directly to prepare my order exactly as I wanted. Mission accomplished: they completely won me over in this regard. Such attention to customer service is rare. And let's be clear: their maki and other similar creations are absolutely S+ tier. With these products, they undeniably remain at the top of the market with flawless execution. ❌ What still prevents a perfect score: While the customer experience was fabulous this time, my previous concerns haven't completely disappeared: - A menu stuck in the past: The quality of the classics has returned (e.g., pink maki with a nice thick layer of salmon), but innovation remains stagnant and lags behind the competition. Compared to other establishments that dare to be different (takoyaki, tataki, original gunkan), Isakaya plays it safe or offers rather improbable combinations. 🍣 Honest verdict: Eat in for the best experience, or go for their maki without hesitation; they are true masterclasses. Isakaya shows that they have heart and real expertise. The Isakaya I knew is still there, hidden beneath a lack of innovation. If they decide to modernize their menu a little and stabilize their cuisine, it will be an undisputed return to the top.
