FLUNCH AMIENS DURY

We ordered from the caterer. The appetizers were perfect. Beautiful presentation, everything was good and fresh, but we were disappointed with the chocolate cake which tasted like it had been frozen… what a shame

I came this Tuesday, July 7th, and was greeted by Aurélie at the checkout. She was a smiling and friendly person from beginning to end. Thank you for your kindness, Aurélie! 😉

The Flunch restaurant in Dury has long enjoyed an excellent reputation. The quality of the food served is consistently very good. The value for money is undeniable, and the staff's professionalism is top-notch. However, there is one small drawback, noted on several occasions: the vegetables or side dishes available on quieter evenings are not always complete, requiring customers to ask, even follow up, and of course, wait... That said, congratulations to Flunch Dury.

No complaints about the meal, but you need to review your coffee dosage; this is the second time we've had to ask for more because it's just water! Luckily, a lady at the counter made us four new cups. 👍

The staff does their job, but nothing more; no smiles, no kind words. I ordered calf's liver, as I don't like it raw inside, so I asked for it well-cooked. Big mistake! I was served a burnt-out shoe leather (see photo). The wait was abnormally long, over 15 minutes. It's easy to see why it was burnt. As for the vegetables, the green beans were bland, clearly canned. The ratatouille was also canned. The fries were decent when you get them still hot; they were cooked through and crispy, although they were most likely frozen.

Excellent value for money. Vegetables (endives, fennel, etc.) rich in fiber for a healthy gut microbiome. 😄

It had been a long time since we'd eaten at the Flunch in Dury, and never again! There's a lack of choice in the starters, and the main courses aren't as good as they used to be (personally, I had a sliced ​​roast ham that had absolutely no flavor). It's nothing like it used to be, and there's a lack of space; we were more like herded animals than anything else. Very disappointed, we won't be going back.
