Au...Gust! Amiens

HELP!! You need to rethink your approach, or you're headed for disaster! My boyfriend and I went to eat there tonight. The starter was okay, it was good. The main course was a catastrophe: cod, chicken… without sauce?! The rice was completely dry, unseasoned, and tasteless! For both of us, being in the restaurant industry, it's simply outrageous to serve food in that state. My fish was clearly microwaved, so dry it had formed a crust on top… crispy cod, no less, not to mention the stale smell! The chicken was the same, completely dry, with no sauce! As for the wait staff, there was no communication whatsoever; they didn't even know if another employee had taken our order. They had no change in their till, so we had to go to the restaurant next door to get some! Change your tactics immediately, because selling food in that condition is scandalous, and that's putting it mildly. Cooking is a passion, not a money-making machine, believe me, I speak from experience!

Very disappointing, the salads are overpriced and poorly prepared. For example: a vegan salad for almost 15 euros, consisting of (store-bought) arugula, cherry tomatoes, and carrot slices. No dressing or herbs. Please consider changing it 😉

Attracted by the concept and Google reviews, we were disappointed upon arrival. The dishes were reheated, making the fish and meat dry. The menu was incomprehensible (no details about the dishes). The welcome was cold, without a smile or explanation (we had to ask for clarification on everything). We didn't experience the advertised concept. The dishes came with a side dish (potatoes in everything) without our knowledge, and we were asked to add a second side dish without being told that one was already included. The cutlery wasn't very clean. There's a lot of room for improvement for a newly opened restaurant.

A restaurant that's just starting out and deserves its place! Arthur is very friendly. They're getting things up and running smoothly but surely (they opened less than two weeks ago). We stumbled upon them by chance, they explained the concept to us, and we weren't disappointed! We'll be back! 👍

Mix of tasty small/plate dishes, from what we could tell they had just opened days ago so the server was still getting comfortable with the menu/items.

I came yesterday for my first visit, completely by chance, and had a great time at this restaurant. It's an original concept and the food is homemade. See you soon!

We happened to walk past the place. We received a very warm welcome from someone who explained the concept to us. We thoroughly enjoyed everything that was offered; a highly recommended place. We will definitely be back!
