Allo Mario's Pizza (Rue St Fuscien)

With them, it's simple: there's always a problem. This is the second time we've ordered from them. The first time, they made us pay twice! Once online and once in-store. And today, we wanted delivery, and I had to call back only to be told, "Oh yeah, they got the wrong address." Great, thanks a lot, I waited an hour for nothing. Oh yeah, because it takes over an hour to make the pizza and deliver it... Anyway. Never again.

The staff were super friendly! I highly recommend the very generous pizzas.

Ordered 2 pizzas on July 14th at 6:40 PM. I was told there would be a 35-40 minute wait. I arrived at 7:20 PM and left with my order at 8:45 PM. When I arrived, they clearly told me, "Your pizzas are in the oven, they'll be right there." They were in the oven for over an hour, apparently. Were they baking in the sun? I find it unacceptable and very dishonest to advertise wait times that are not respected at all, and of course, to take payment immediately, leaving you with no choice but to wait! There was no gesture of goodwill whatsoever, except for one empathetic but unconcerned employee who finally showed a little more concern for the customer. We had been customers for some time, but that will probably never be the case again…

Unacceptable! I ordered online at 6:30 PM, it's now after 9 PM and still no pizza. I called and no one answered. They should have known there would be a crowd on a match night; they should have planned ahead.
