Allo Mario's Pizza (RTE DE ROUEN)

We ordered an Atlantica pizza and received an Océane instead, which was €1 cheaper. They offered to put goat cheese on top, even though the two pizzas are completely different. They don't give change for restaurant vouchers, and there's no sign indicating this, so they're pushing you to buy more. It's nothing like it used to be.

Very disappointed. The pizzas are good, but the service time is awful. I called at 7 pm, and they took my order at 7:20 pm. I was told to come at 8:20 pm, meaning an hour of preparation, but we weren't served until 9:20 pm, meaning two hours of preparation. No compensation whatsoever, just a lousy excuse. I'm really very disappointed and I'll be ordering from a competitor in the future.

Perfect, thank you! The pizzas are very good, the interior is clean and quiet, there are armchairs, and the staff is very pleasant. I recommend it.
